For dinner tonight, I sliced the leftover
Broiled London Broil into very thin slices and then heated the meat in a skillet with some of the au jus just until it was heated through. Next, I melted sliced provolone on my favorite French hamburger buns from Publix. Then we spread coarse-grained mustard on one side of the bun and layered the meat over the melted cheese. The result was yummy—a great new taste for leftovers. Enjoy!
