Tonight Andy's parents and my mom were here for dinner. I decided to make an easy but impressive meal:
Greek-Style Tilapia,
Risotto, and
Roasted Brussels Sprouts. These are all recipes I've posted before, but they are worth revisiting. Because fish cooks so quickly, I didn't start it until the risotto had been cooking for about 15 minutes. There is a hint of fall in the air and this menu seemed just right for the change of season.
