Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Bacon
3 bacon slices, chopped
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, cut into quarters
Salt and pepper
Juice from 1 lemon or lime
1. Sauté bacon in a cast iron skillet until it begins to cook through. Stir in Brussels sprouts, and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook 5 more minutes.
2. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
