Inspiration for tonight’s dinner was simply to make the opposite of Thanksgiving fare! Tilapia was on sale at the grocery store; I coated the fillets with breadcrumbs and baked them. The cute ciabatta rolls came from Walmart and were perfect for these sandwiches. Homemade tartar was spread on the cut sides of the rolls. As accompaniments, we had
Green Apple Coleslaw and oven-baked french fries. We'll definitely have this meal again—enjoy!
