This
salad is one of our go-to meals when the weather is warm. It's particularly good in the summer when tomatoes are at their peak; tonight I used grape tomatoes. There wasn't any blue cheese in the fridge, but that is a nice addition if you have some. Andy grilled the flank steak and then cut it into thin strips. Homemade Croutons are super easy but make it seem special; the dressing is a streamlined (read: I didn't add minced garlic) version of Balsamic Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
