It wasn’t my original intent to post two pancake recipes so close together. However AC requested
pancakes for dinner tonight when our family celebrated her birthday. The inspiration for serving them with
fried chicken tenders came from the strange-but-delicious chicken and waffles you see in many Southern restaurants. The sweet pancakes contrasted nicely with the salty, crunchy chicken. Enjoy!
