Andy has always been skeptical of fish tacos, but he agreed to try them for dinner tonight. I breaded pieces of tilapia with panko and then fried the fish (this takes no time). The
fish was placed in warm flour tortillas and drizzled with homemade tartar sauce. The
coleslaw is an old favorite updated with the addition of feta. Enjoy!

I had some delicious grilled salmon tacos at Harry's Road House in Santa Fe (a triple D establishment). However, they initially only gave me enough fish to fill about half the corn tortilla. When I asked the server if that was the normal amount of fish she said yes, but brought me more anyway.
