This is based on a
Cooking Light recipe, but I make it from memory and it's a little different each time. Serve this with baguette slices.
Baked Marinara With Feta2 (14.5-oz.) cans fire-roasted tomatoes (I use Muir Glen brand.)
2 (4-oz.) packages crumbled feta
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
Pinch of ground red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
2. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.
